I am looking into upgrading my audio interface. It will be my second one. I have been using an old UA-4Fx from Roland because my school decided they didn’t need them anymore so they sold some. This guy isn’t great, there’s a lot of floor noise coming from the guitar/mic jack inputs and it has a really low peak level. Should I invest in a MOTU or a Focusrite?

honestly, would go for the motu m2, I cannot live without the level meters!

I’ve still got my MOTU 828. Ancient in comparison to what’s in the market now but solid bit of kit.
