Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw
   1. Music Circles may from time to time will run a prize draw that is open to its active members only.
   2. There will also be prize draws open only to certain levels of the Music Circles membership. These will always be stated within the specific details of that prize draw.
2. Entries Into the Prize Draws
   1. Entrance to the prize draws, unless otherwise stated, is free.
   2. The relevant member level member must be logged in to their membership to be able to enter the draw and their membership must be active at the time of the draw.
   3. Being an active member of Music Circles is not an automatic entry to any of the prize draws. Each member must enter each prize draw via that specific prize draw page and entry form.
   4. Each member is only allowed a single entry in each of the prize draws associated to their membership level. Multiple draw entries will be disqualified.
   5. Employees of Music Circles, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
   6. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Periods
   1. Each Prize Draw will run for a specified period. Please see each Prize Draw page for details of start and end times and dates.
   2. The end date and time will be advertised in GMT(UCT) or BST, EST and PST
   3. Unless otherwise stated, any live draw will take place around 12-24 hours after the draw close date.
4. Prizes
   1. The winner will receive the prize described in the prize draw pages and promos.
   2. All prizes as listed on the specific prize draw page.
   3. Prizes are not transferrable and there is no alternative prize option.
   4. Prizes (optional) will be awarded in order of the Entries drawn.
5. The Prize Draw
   1. All entries will be added to an entry data sheet, which will be randomised and mixed, then assigned a number between 1 and the maximum entries of that prize draw.
   2. The prize draw will be made using Google Number Generator, all numbers will be entered and the number drawn will be matched with the numbers on the entries to determine the winner of each competition.
   3. Music Circles will announce the winner of each competition on their Social Media accounts and via the Music Circles website and contact the winner directly via the email supplied in their entry.
   4. If for any reason the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 7 days (which may be extended at the sole discretion of Music Circles) of the end of a Prize Draw or the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or the Winner is disqualified as a result of contravening any of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner will forfeit the prize and there will be a redraw.
   5. Music Circles reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
   6. The decision of Music Circles in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   7. Music Circles shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
