Some people say it’s quality and consistency, others say it’s never give up. What do you think is the best advice you can give to someone who plans on entering the industry?

I personally think believing in yourself and that you can do it helps loads. There is a lot to deal with in the industry and you need to have a thick skin to get through it. Also, take help and don’t try and be everything in the industry. We’re in a time when most parts of the industry can be tackled DIY, which is great but I do believe on some level, DIY can hold you back as we take on too much. We need to start using the pros and specialists in their fields and you’ll get better results.
