What was the best venue to play live at in the 1980’s, in the world? Size/capacity/sound/vibe etc.

Wembley was the best in the UK in my opinion (was living there for a while and saw a few bands there). It was the “have arrived” venue for bands. And Madison Square Garden in NY then and now for sure.
